THE PROMENADE SHOPS AT SAUCON VALLEY INVITES THE COMMUNITY TO ITS INAUGURAL TWO-DAY BARKTOBERFEST EVENT ON OCTOBER 20TH AND 21ST
WHAT: The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley, an open-air lifestyle shopping center in Center Valley, Pennsylvania (www.thepromenadeshopsatsauconvalley.com), invites the community to the center’s inaugural two-day Barktoberfest event on Friday, October 20th, and Saturday, October 21st, at The Patio. On Friday, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., guests will enjoy a Dock Dogs Preview Night where the community is encouraged to challenge their well-mannered dogs to give dock diving a try. No experience is necessary and dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds and ages (above six months) are welcome; registration is required to participate. On Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., attendees and their furry friends will enjoy a second day filled with exciting activities, including more dock diving (pre-registration is required) or they can simply watch the competition from the sidelines or visit with a variety of local pet-related businesses and animal shelters throughout the day. Visitors are also invited to participate in The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley’s Sip and Shop program where guests can enjoy an alcoholic beverage while shopping at the center; to purchase an alcoholic beverage, simply visit The Patio (21+ only). Throughout the two-day Barktoberfest event, guests can spend quality time with their leashed, well-behaved dogs in the center’s common areas as well as inside the center’s "dog-friendly" stores.
